Christian Pulisic: A new star coming through

On the bright side, the United States Men National team played well thanks to the new number 10, wunderkind Christian Pulisic, 18, who was one of the best players in the previous games and he helped the national team secure three points, which led to winning over Trinidad and Tobago.

The game opened with a frustrating 45 minutes till Pulisic appeared.

Ten minutes later, Pulisic surprises the spectators as he broke a run on the right side of the goal, Jozy Altidore detected him with a through ball which Pulisic could have managed to sneak by the nearside of the rival team’s goalkeeper.

All the national team needed was two goals to keep their sheet clean and secure three points that would qualify it to make it to Russia in 2018.

Rise Of  A New Star

Christian Pulisic’s abilities have shown a new birth of a great football player that may top Clint Dempsey and London Donovan, who are two of America’s most popular and skilled football players.

“It’s gonna be a tough one down there in Mexico,” said Pulisic after the game on Thursday. “But we really want some revenge on them from when they got us earlier this year. So, we’re really confident going into that game. We’re going to come out with a win there, too.”

The match with Mexico would not be an easy one for the new star or the whole national team; however, they believe that they would make it with hard work and cooperation.

The game airs at 8:30 p.m. EST on Sunday on FS1.
