Jewelry heist film Ocean Eight will feature Kim Kardashian West

Kardashian West and Kendall Jenner is said to show up in the eagerly awaited “Ocean’s Eight” (an all-female extension to Steven Soderbergh’s Ocean’s Eleven series) that includes none other than a gems heist. The news comes barely three months after Kardashian West’s own particular alarming gems heist. On October 3, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was held at gunpoint by conceal men who stole millions worth of gems from her, including a ring worth $4 million, at the No Address Hotel, where Kim stayed for Paris Fashion Week.

It was affirmed by various sources that Kim was profoundly shaken after the traumatic episode, and she went ahead to take a three-month rest from people in general eye and web-based social networking. She has since ventured over into the spotlight and showed up since the theft a week ago at her long-lasting cosmetics craftsman Mario Dedivanovic’s Masterclass in Dubai.

On Monday, a source stated, “Kim was very emotional before the trip and part of it was because she started thinking about the robbery. She’s getting sick of having to relive that awful night and just wants to move on.” Another insider said the star was “nervous before she left, but says it was the right decision. She was excited to spend time with her fans.”

Ocean’s Eight, which stars Cate Blanchett, Rihanna, Nora Lum, Helena Bonham Carter, Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, and Sarah Paulson, will hit theaters on June 8, in the U.S.
